Museum Pass Circulation Policies Museum passes may be reserved up to 2 months ahead Passes may be picked up the library business day before use, for passes that must be returned.  Passes that do not need to be returned may be picked up 2 weeks before use. Passes must be returned by 9:30 the day after use to be available for the next patron (unless special arrangements are made) Passes returned late are subject to a $2.00 late fee, up to $10.00.  If the late return of a pass interferes with another patron’s reserve, a late fee equal to the admission value of the pass will be assessed. If a pass is lost, patron will be responsible for the entire replacement cost of the pass.
